Lifts - May 7th
Bettah. :) Put in some work after another long 8-hour day. Feels good though. My physical job actually prevents me from getting achy (from sitting for too long?) The pain of being on my feet and running up and down stairs all day is actually much less than the pain I would get from sitting for 12 hours. Woo!

Barbell Squat:
- 45 lb x 5 reps (+46 pts)
- 95 lb x 5 reps (+65 pts)
- 115 lb x 5 reps (+75 pts)
- 115 lb x 5 reps (+75 pts)
- 115 lb x 5 reps (+75 pts)
- Lifting with Jenny after work :) I did mostly cleaning today, so I had enough gas in the tank. These were alright. Getting back in the groove.

Standing Barbell Shoulder Press (OHP):
- 45 lb x 5 reps (+64 pts)
- 45 lb x 5 reps (+64 pts)
- 45 lb x 5 reps (+64 pts)
- Definitely can up this. I was just being a little shy today.

Barbell Deadlift:
- 135 lb x 5 reps (+85 pts)
- 135 lb x 5 reps (+85 pts)
- Upping this as well.
