Waking up Early to Workout vs. Sleeping In
As I’m becoming a master of being able to maintain enough energy to function from 5:45 a.m - 11:00 p.m. EVERY day of the week with only one small cup of coffee in the a.m, tea in the afternoon, & a very strict NO caffeine after 5 p.m….let me give you these words of advice.
Waking up extra-early to get a workout in before you start the day will ALWAYS make you feel better. You can choose to keep making excuses or you can choose to kick your own ass.

I’ve been helping my boyfriend move into his new place over the last few days - hence no gym and lack of activity on here :) The two of us emptied his apartment in 2 hours…and when 80% of that is boxes of books, it’s quite the work out. I ate 2 lbs of chicken wings for dinner & a poutine for lunch that day because I was totally exhausted and needed to refuel.
