Eats 05/30/12

Breakfast:

  • 1/3 Cup Egg Whites w/ about 30g Cheddar Cheese omlette, cooked in 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 3 Slices Reduced-Salt Pork Bacon
  • 1 small slice of fresh sourdough bread :)

Lunch:

  • 1/2 lb of Chicken Wings
  • Caeser Salad
  • 1/2 a steak burrito from Big Fat Burrito (omg, I need to eat these moar)

Later:

  • 1/2 Brownie 
  • 2 “Cortados” basically espresso w/ steamed milk 1:1 ratio :)

Dinner

  • 1/2 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
  • Cesar Salad

Operation: EAT EVERYTHING I CAN TOMORROW. Getting my wisdom teeth out friday which means no solid foods :( for a while. 

Might softboil some eggs or something too…for now my plan is to exist on greek yogurt and protein powder for three days.
